Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours of you placing your order.  If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will wait to ship your order until all items are in-stock.  If you want partial order shipment please contact us or place separate orders for the in-stock and out of stock items.  Splitting order will result in a shipping charge for both orders.

We offer shipping through UPS and USPS. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
We welcome orders from our friends abroad.  International shipments do have an additional time period to prepare and ship.  Generally you should expect to see your order ship in 3-4 business days.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address and being able to receive the package.  Should the package be returned due to multiple delivery attempts due to an invalid address or the customer being unavailable to accept delivery any return shipping and/or shipping costs to redeliver the package are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for items delivered to you and subsequently lost or stolen.  Customers must be available or make arrangements for the shipment to be accepted safely.

PACKAGE TRACKING
Once your package has shipped we will send an email with your tracking number.  To track your package you can put the tracking number into Google Search or visit your carrier’s website to get status information on your package

RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling an order – Once your order is placed it is processed for shipping as soon as possible.  If you need to cancel an order you should contact us immediately.  Often times the order is shipped within an hour of receiving your order.  If our warehouse indicates a tracking number for the package it has already been loaded on to a truck and can no longer be cancelled.   You must follow our return policy in this case.

Special orders are not cancellable once a purchase order has been delivered to the manufacturer.  No returns accepted on special orders.

Return Shipping – Shipping costs for returning and item is the responsibility of the customer.  The original shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns Non-Defective Products – We accept returns, excluding special orders, cartography and software products, within 20 days of receipt for any reason. To return an item you must contact us in advance to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions. Returns go to a different address than what is on your shipping label. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return guidelines for acceptance:
  • No returns will be accepted after 20 days from receipt.
  • Products will not be accepted for return if the serial number, UPC code or manufacturer’s labels have been removed from the box or product.
  • Products must be returned in new unopened condition ready for retail sale.  Do not mark on or otherwise destroy the product packaging.  Items not returned in new condition may be rejected or assessed a restocking fee.
  • Returns missing parts will not be accepted.
  • Returns are not accepted without RMA number, we advise you label the outside of the box and also put the RMA number on the inside of the shipping box as well.

Returns Defective Products – Within 20 days of receipt we will exchange the item for a replacement.  After 20 days, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information and website for their process on handling defective products. Contact the manufacturer with any questions.

Damaged Shipments – If you notice damage to the package upon its arrival if possible notify your delivery driver prior to their departure.  Take pictures of the damaged package and the contents.  Save all packaging as it may be needed by the shipper for the insurance claim.  Notify us as soon as possible to the issues and email us your pictures if possible.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
We accept all PayPal and all major credit cards and in special cases bank wire transfers.  We take credit card security seriously.  Orders which provide shipping addresses different from the billing address may be delayed while evaluate the order.  We may contact you for further information in these cases.  We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent.  We also employ various security checks including the validation of the address and the CVV code.  If accurate information is not provided your order may be cancelled.  Should you receive errors during checkout indicating your payment can not be processed you should contact your bank issuing the credit card as often times they are preventing the payment from going through in an effort to protect you from fraudulent charges.  PayPal with a verified address is the most hassle free way to purchase products. 

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to a Wyoming address.
